Ecomaris has expertise in taxonomy and enumeration of:

We maintain a current set of relevant taxonomic keys and keep informed on taxonomy developments through research papers and journals. An up to date reference collection is also maintained in the laboratory.

Ecomaris can organise and manage taxonomic workshops and field courses; all tailored to the needs of the client (see our training and development page).

Quality Control
We operate using routine analytical quality control procedures, and participate in the National Marine Biological AQC scheme. Independent external advisors routinely check samples and the sorting efficiency of the laboratory.
